Redness and swelling at insulin injection site

Most of the time swelling at the injection site is becouse of wrong technique of injection and the needle not going in fully. Rarely it can be due to infection,allergy or overgrowth of fat( Lipohypertrophy). Redness can occur with infection and sometimes itching and redness occurs with allergy.
